You have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data by us:
Right of access to your personal data and obtaining a copy (Article 15 GDPR).
You have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether we process your personal data and access information regarding processing purposes, categories of processed personal data, recipients or categories of recipients, anticipated storage duration or criteria for determining this period, your rights under GDPR, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, and automated decision-making, including profiling. Despite your request for data deletion, we may retain certain personal data necessary for establishing, pursuing, or defending claims and as required by applicable national and EU regulations.

Right to lodge a complaint (Article 77 GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection supervisory authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

You may request additional information about applied safeguards, obtain copies of these measures, and learn where they are available.
The Administrator also uses services from entities that analyze how Users interact with the website https://inspectohub.com/ and how they access it. This automated analysis helps the Administrator understand User preferences and tailor content, offers, or communications accordingly. The Administrator may send dedicated and personalized advertising materials to Users.
Your personal data will be processed for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or take pre-contractual actions, such as preparing offers. Data will also be processed for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent, and afterward until the expiration of potential claims against or by the Administrator.
